The Collection Active Management Sector is formed by approximately 80 companies that belong also to other activity sectors of Fenin, with the common objective of gathering knowledge of the payment delay and volume of debt evolution in the different Autonomous Regions of Spain and defending their financial interests in this environment of generalized late payment situation.
On December 31st of 2005, the debt volume of the Administration with Fenin companies was approximately 1.370 million euros with a mean delay higher than 380 days.
One of the activities of this sector is the coordination of the debt or late payment interest claims that the companies may bring against the Public Administration of the Autonomous Regions when there are payment delays.
