Fenin has a double organizational structure: a functional or organic structure and a regional structure.
Fenin's organic and functional structure is two-tiered:
Governing Bodies (General Assembly, Board of Management, Executive Committee and Chairmanship), with decision-making powers.
Executive Body, which enjoys a solid professional structure and is of a technical nature, under the General Secretary, studies, coordinates and conducts all the activities and services offered to the associate companies.
Regional structure: Although Fenin has its central office in Madrid, it also has regional delegations with their own area office and organic structure, as is the case of Catalonia, and others without area offices and in which a member of the Board of Management represents the Federation’s interests in that autonomous community (Andalusia, Valencia and Galicia).
