Objectives

Objectives



Fenin’s two main groups of objectives are:

  • Business objectives:

    • Inform and advise its associates on all matters of interest that affect the sector.
    • Carry out all necessary negotiations before official bodies with the aim of improving the production, importation and commercialisation of all its associated companies’ products, as well as healthcare technology equipment maintenance and technical support.
    • Favour Healthcare Technology research and development.
    • Facilitate the internationalisation of Spanish companies.
    • Promote the intellectual and technical education of the professionals working within the sector by organising courses, colloquia and seminars of both general and specific interest.
    • Promote, establish and maintain contacts and collaboration with Spanish and foreign organisations of similar nature and purpose.
    • Divulge the important social, scientific, research and healthcare work that the associate companies perform.
    • Represent the Sector before Healthcare Institutions and Authorities at Autonomous, National and International level, participating in the search for solutions to the sector’s problems.
    • Any other action that, within its field of competence, is in defence of its members’ collective interests, including economic interests.
  • Solidarity Objectives. Fenin declares its solidarity with, and support for, the improvement of Health in Spain by contributing with its products and services to prolong and improve the quality of patient’s lives:

    • Favour research, development and innovation in health technologies of the highest quality in Spain with the maximum respect for the prevailing legislation.
    • Collaborate with the Public Administration in healthcare management, product registration, scientific and technical research, etc.
    • Organise research, studies and debates on technical, legal economic and social matters of general interest to the national healthcare sector.
